Bluestone Delivery
On March 15th, 2001 another delivery of Bluestone was made to Vaadia Studios. This particular stone will be used for layers for Vaadias's stone pieces as well as for bases for the Bronze works.
The Bluestone comes from New York State quarries that Vaadia special orders from Johnston & Rhodes Bluestone Co. who has been supplying Vaadia his bluestone for years.
This load of Bluestone weighed 16 tons
or 32,000 lbs.
The amount of Bluestone slabs that were in this shipment will produce about two large size stone pieces as well as several bases for bronzes.
